Edward Trybek

    The Ventura County Classical Guitar Society (VCCGS) met on 29 July, and our guest for the second half was Edward Trybek.  Our meetings are held at the Pleasant Valley Recreation and Parks Senior Center in Camarillo, CA.  Check our home page for a map and directions.  We meet the last Wednesday of the month, at 7PM; our meetings are open to the public and admission is free.

    Next month, August 26th 2009, will mark our 11th anniversary!  Our meeting on that Wednesday begins at 7PM.  There will be guitar-playing, socializing, refreshments and memorabilia from our previous meetings.  Our guest for the evening - as has become customary - will be Carlos Gonzales.  Carlos teaches privately and at Ventura and Oxnard colleges; he was instrumental in our establishment in 1998.
